All proceeds from our Pajammy Jam go to support Project for Empty Space Initiatives such as:
Artists-In-Residence Program: This initiative fosters three mid-career to established artists in a one-year residency program to create socially inspired work that engages the larger Newark community.
Community Programming and Exhibitions: The exhibition space is dedicated to social change through thought-provoking and culturally relevant exhibitions, in conjunction with exciting, engaging, and inclusionary community programs. Funds will support rotating exhibitions and facilitate programs such as talks, workshops, performances, and more, free and open to the public.
Outdoor Public Art Initiatives: We feel that community engagement should happen both within the exhibition space, but also out in the public arena.
