The #1 art fair for independent artists is back in NYC at a new venue for the largest fair of the year. High quality artworks by 120 in-person artists, thoughtfully curated and approachably priced from $50 to $5000 will be available at Iron23 (29 W 23rd St, beside Eataly) all weekend long. After launching the fair back in 2015, entrepreneurs Alex Mitow and James Miille expanded the nationally recognized fair to New York City, and are excited for the 6th edition to open its doors this fall.
The Grand Opening Gala, co-presented by New York non-profit ChaShaMa, begins September 14th for Perks Pass ticket holders and above. Visitors will experience the music of international saxophone player LE//ON and witness local performance artists throughout the evening. Sip on complimentary bubbly while enjoying Superfine’s distinct atmosphere. The 4 days of the fair will be filled with music, food, live art, and educational programming with exclusive off-site events, such as an artist mixer and private dinner for specific VIPs.
Superfine’s artist-to-buyer model creates a direct link between creator and collector in a professionally curated space that maintains the warm sense of hospitality the brand’s dynamic duo are famous for. Keeping with its democratic ideals, 100% of art sales go directly to the artist, and work is available at price points friendly to all collectors. Artists are encouraged to show affordable prints and merchandise as a means of motivating collectors at all stages.
Superfine NYC runs from 9/14-9/17 at Iron23 in the Flatiron District. For more detailed programming and ticket information, click here. For media and sponsorship inquiries please email info@superfine.world.
