Current internship opportunities:
Exhibitions Intern

Position Objective:
The goal of an exhibition design internship is to gain familiarity in creating and organizing a Museum Exhibition. The intern will gain experience working across multiple disciplines and frequently interact with multiple departments during the design development process. The intern will learn to collaborate and communicate to develop an exhibition. During the course of the internship, you will learn the process of design development, production and creation of graphics and casework for an exhibition.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
 Assist in creation of graphic files for label copy
 Assist in design research and color study developmentAssist in model making for furniture prototyping and casework
 Assist in design plans and elevations for exhibit development

 BA or BFA degree coursework in progress in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design or related program
 One or more years’ experience is preferred
 Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, CorelDraw
 Previous experience working in a design office or Museum preferred
